Welcome to HaLo, or Hallie's Loft! HaLo is located at 500 E Pike St, five blocks west of Century Ballroom above Brocklind's Formal Wear and Costume Shop, right next door to 8 Limbs Yoga. This is the Century's sister space. We have been able to expand, thanks to everyone's support over the years, to offer more classes and dances. Since we hold classes in HaLo several nights a week, we are now able to offer more sessions of our popular classes and offer some classes we haven't had space for in the past, such as Waltz and West Coast Swing.  Please check our classes page for the complete schedule and registration information. In addition we host several weekly dances: All Ages Salsa Practica every Monday. All Ages Bachata Social every Wednesday. All Ages Salsa on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Fridays of the month.  Our All Ages Salsa dance continues at Century Ballroom on the 1st Friday of the month. All Ages Swing every Saturday. We like to think of HaLo as our living room.  We have comfy couches, soft benches, cozy lights and often some art on the walls as part of Art at HaLo.  There is no bar or cafe, but we have some beverages available. Our floor is newly refinished, so we ask that you not wear street shoes in HaLo.  If you have dance shoes, please bring them.  Otherwise, you may dance in your stocking feet or we'll sell you some moleskin ($1) that you can put on the soles of your street shoes to protect our floor.
