General notes for all spaces:
  • As a courtesy to other renters...
    • Your rental time is the only time you should be in the space.  There are no early entries or late exits.  If your event lasts an hour, you should reserve at least 15 minutes before and after to allow for entry, set up, clean up and exit.
    • You are expected to leave the space in the same or better condition as you found it.
  • Outside caterers are welcome or our restaurant The Tin Table can cater most events.
  • If you plan to have alcohol at your event you are required to use our bar services:
    • Bartenders:  $25/hr per head bartender/$20 hr additional bartenders
    • Gratuity:  $20% (on bar bill) or $100 per bartender whichever is greater
    • Alcohol (includes tax)
      • Well Drinks:  $6
      • Premium:  $7
      • Top Shelf:  varies
      • House Wine:   $18/bottle
      • Beer:  $4.50
AVAILABLE TO RENT IN ANY OF THE SPACES:
  • LCD projector & screen (etc.):  $75
  • 72" round tables (seven are available):  $12 each
  • Tablecloths:  
    • $3 for 30" round tables
    • $6 for 6' rectangle
  • Jazz Drum Kit:  $50 (sticks and cymbals not provided)
