Owing to ongoing events, we are not available for rentals on Thursday or Saturday nights.  The only evenings we have free for rental that do not involve canceling a dance are when a month has a 5th Friday.  Through 2009 these fall on 8/29/08, 1/30/09, 5/29/09, 7/31/09, and 10/30/09.  We are also available prior to 5:00 on weekdays and weekends.  Please contact us for availability.

  • Room capacity is 300 (225 seated at tables).
  • Thirty-eight 30" round tables.
  • Twelve 6' long tables (seats six to eight).
  • Outside caterers are welcome, but we require they be professional caterers.
  • Our restaurant can cater to smaller parties - please inquire.
  • We provide the bar services (hosted or not).
  • You will always have a management person on staff at your events.
  • We can arrange for what A/V is needed, or you can bring in your own.
  • Rental includes DJ sound system consisting of two CD players with mixer, two headset mics and one hand held mic. You may also hook up a laptop or mp3 player.

Rental costs
Weddings and/or receptions are done at a rate of
$2000 for Friday Nights (4pm-12am)
$1500 daytime rental (10am-5:00pm)

Hourly rates depend on event, number of attendees and time frame.

Additional costs:
  • Bartenders: $25/hour head bartender, $20/hour additional bartender
  • Barback (only needed for full bar events): $20/hour
  • Gratuity: 18% (on bar bill) or $100/bartender, whichever is greater
  • Tablecloths: $3 for 30" round tables; $6 for 6' rectangle tables
  • Sound system for live music: $300, includes operator
  • Jazz Drum kit: $75
  • LCD projector & screen: $75 (hook up is to a DVD player, so you must be able to provide a DVD for playback. Please contact us if you have special requirements)
